      Protein water is gained from the juice pressed out by the squeezer and then through slag, oil, water three-phase separation, here come it.

     According to the investment scale, location and environmental demand, we could provide 4 plans for the fish meal plant layout for choice Respectively.

    PLAN 1: Directly discharge protein water;

    PLAN 2: Directly recycle protein back to Drier;  

    PLAN 3: Protein water back to Drier after concentrated;

    PLAN 4: Concentrate protein water to produce fish soluble paste.


    Each of the above 4 plans have their advantages and disadvantages:

    (fishmeal rate is only for reference. It will change by the raw fish species and season variations)

    The weakness of the solution 1 is that the protein water discharge not only pollutes the environment, but is also a waste of resources, and the fish meal rate is low(1:5).  The advantage is the lower investment cost of fishmeal equipment.

    The disadvantage of plan 2 is that the investment cost of equipment is increased compared with plan 1(drying machine). The utility model has the advantages of high yield rate (1:4), and rational use of resources.

    The disadvantage of plan 3 is that the investment cost of equipment is increased compared with plan 2(Exhaust gas concentration equipment). The advantage is not only has the same rate as plan 2 (1:4), but also saves resources.

    The disadvantage of plan 4 is that the investment cost of equipment is increased compared with plan 3(Steam condensing equipment. The advantage is that it obtains Fish Soluble Paste with the same rate (1:5) of the plan 1.
